Our priority is to recover mobile phones from the waste stream and find the most cost effective and energy efficient method to introduce them back into the market.

If a handset is fully operational (category 1) or requires repair (category 2) then it can be reused and the recycling process (which carries its own environmental impact) can easily be avoided.

Phones that are suitable for salvage (category 3) will be stripped to recover reusable components that are then used in the repair of faulty phones (category 2).

We send the majority of operational phones to developing countries for reuse. All phones introduced back into the market are fully serviced and security tested.
