AATF STATUS ACHIEVED

We are delighted to announce that we are now an approved authorised treatment facility (AATF) for mobile phones. In line with the recently implemented WEEE regulations, we have been fully recognised by the Evironment Agency as a dedicated reuse and recycling centre, providing further affirmation to EMC’s status as a leading UK mobile phone recycler.

This approval means that we can continue to offer our customers a simple one-stop mobile phone recycling solution and also fulfil the WEEE regulation requirements. We have also been assigned a special waste Exemption (49) which prioritises reuse and recycling and the use of BATRRT (best available treatment recovery and recycling treatment) systems.
